These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site.

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
· Standard delivery by USPS (2-8 days)
· USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days)
On average orders take 3-5 days to process. This time may increase during sales and holidays. If you need your product sooner please send me a message and I will do my best.
Limitation of Liability
Light Shift and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Except where prohibited by law, by using this site you indemnify and hold harmless Light Shift and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our site or your violation of these terms and conditions.

Returns
Light Shift accepts returns and cancellations within 30 days. You have 30 days after placing your order to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at lightshift101@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If item/s are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please email lightshift101@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds will be initiated within 10 days of receipt of the returned item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalized order cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for candles, aromatherapy products, or incense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. At this time, we are unable to offer returns on international orders.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
